Your film is precious cargo. Here’s how to ship it to us safely.
This allows us to double-check the number of rolls you sent vs. the number of rolls that arrive and ensures your film is processed and scanned correctly. You'll receive your order number in a confirmation email after ordering online. Just write your name and order number on a piece of paper and slip that in your bag of film.
Liquids can be surprisingly harmful to unprocessed film. Place your film and order form inside a plastic zip-close bag to protect your investment.
We have seen too many rolls lost into the postal abyss because they were sent in an envelope. Don't do it! A box + plenty of cushioning = a simple way to ensure your film's safe journey. (Pro tip: USPS provides Priority Mail boxes at no charge.)
This is not the time to be stingy! Tape over the sides. Tape over the flaps. Tape over the peel-and-stick seals—we’ve seen them fail en route. Tape, tape, tape! Then more tape.
Don’t mess around. This can be the deciding factor in locating lost film.
No problem! Fill out one order form per shoot and separate each shoot (with its corresponding order form) into its own zip-close bag.
