How to Use Box.com

You’ve sent us film—but how do you get your scans back? Simple! We deliver all your film scans via Box.com, an online file-sharing system that keeps your scans safe and secure! Here are 5 things you need to know when using Box.com:

You Do Not Need to Create a Box.com Account

When downloading scans, you will be prompted to create a free account—you do not need this to view, download or archive your scans. Simply disregard this prompt and watch your scans continue to download.

Your Film Scans Never Expire

Your orders are always archived in your Box.com folder. This means your scans are always backed up with us! If this ever changes, we will be sure to let you know.

Each Order is Kept in Its Own Subfolder

To keep your archived orders organized, be sure to name your shoot when you order online. Then, each order folder will have the reference name you assigned to it!

What If My Scans Don’t Appear in Numerical Order?

This is an easy fix! To organize by file name, click “Name” in the top left—this will sort your scans by roll and frame number.

PRO TIP: If you number your rolls, your scans will be chronological when sorted by “name.”
