You’ve sent us film—but how do you get your scans back? Simple! We deliver all your film scans via Box.com, an awesome file-sharing system that keeps your scans safe and secure! Here are 5 things you need to know when using Box.com:
When downloading scans, you will be prompted to create a free account—you do not need this to view, download or archive your scans. If you do not wish to create an account, simply disregard this prompt and watch your scans continue to download.
Your orders are always archived in your Box.com folder. This means your scans are always backed up with us!
To keep your archived orders nice and organized, be sure to name your shoot on your Order Form. This way, each order folder will have the reference name you assigned to it!
This is an easy fix! To organize by file name, click “Name” in the top left—this will sort your scans by roll and frame number.⠀
*Pro Tip: If you number your rolls, your scans will be chronological when sorted by “name."
